he is a tad dramatic sometimes... I have always wanted to illustrate the moment where, and I am paraphrasing here, but Rochester was so distraught that he literally collapsed headfirst into a couch. I imagine him looking like a child throwing a tantrum with his butt stuck in the air...hahahahah
I would love one day to wear some period dress and go up on the moors, but a long Victorian dress might make it a little difficult to drive up there, lol. Also I might blow away, it can be pretty windy! D:
I think in the film when she lies down on the moors, it's not because she's depressed and melancholy, it's because she's trying to flatten herself as much as possible in case she is blown off the face of the earth. Or struck by lightning. She's smart like that.
I've never seen lightning there, but we sometimes get lightning where I live (about an hour away) so I guess it's possible. Of course, by lightning I mean a lame flash of light that makes you wonder if it really is lightning, or did next door just put their lights on? None of this cool forked stuff like on the TV.
