A bit of Jane Eyre art, one of my favorite books. I have a very specific idea of these two characters, and this is not it, Rochester is too young, Jane is too pretty, but ahh well, these two are hard to get down on paper.

This is ink wash by the way, it's so fun to just paint with some ink and water sometimes...

So ladies (or gents), Mr. Darcy or Mr. Rochester....?

It's always awesome to see how other artists depicted characters in a book

it's a brilliant drawing but it's never easy to put down on paper what we are picturing! The water and ink really gives it a great atmosphere to the characters

Oh and Rochester I would pick over and over again

Tough question...I would definitely go with Rochester... he might be the one more likely to love me for my mind, Not my face....
